Well... i came for an oil change at autopro ... first they gave me a very high estimate..when i asked what does it include.. they said 6 litres of oil and a filter.. i told them i dont want filter change... they stopped working in a very annoying way and said we dont do that, if u want only oil go to other shops. We do it professionally i said ok.. why do u need 6 litres.. my car needs less...even with a filter change...they said..we will see how much it will take... they started changing.. then i found out they are putting additives to the oil...said what is this ? They say this is ceramic it is always added to the oil...its a mix. I was like.. is this my first oil change... anyways... later they gave me a FREE additive for engine cleaner ... i dont think that the high price they gave me didnt include these...and if the calculated the oil change and filter alone..am sure it will be much cheaper... then they started... ur tyres need change... ur back shock absorber needs change...Honesty is not found in this place.... period. ... i felt deceived.
